If you need to return a lock for repair, please contact Codelocks Tech Support prior to returning your product. All returns must be accompanied with a returned goods authorization number (RGA). Proof of purchase will also be required to determine whether the product is under warranty.
For orders $300 and over, delivery is free across the United States via UPS ground service. For orders up to $300 in value, delivery is a flat $15 via UPS ground. Express shipping is also available.

Codelocks Inc. warrants all products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship which carries a ONE Year Limited Warranty on Electronic Series Locks (CL1000, CL1200, CL4000 and CL5000) and TWO Year Limited Warranty on Mechanical Series Locks (CL200, CL400, CL460, CL500 and CL600) and its conditions, limits and policies.
