Problem

Cabinet lock does not re- lock and remains "open" after unlocking Lock has been programmed to work in locker mode Refer to the code change and operation instructions for locker mode operation
Red LED flashes three times after entering correct code Batteries are low and need replacing Change batteries immediately.  See operating instructions
Cabinet door "rattles" when locked. 
 		 Incorrect cam fitted.
Cam packing pieces not used
 		 Refit correct cam as necessary and use packing pieces supplied  if required.
 
Cabinet lock spindle not long enough to fit through cabinet door. 
 		 Cabinet door larger than 3/4" (inches) thick. 
 		 Contact Codelocks for alternative model Codelock 
 
Lock does not open and LED`s do not light when correct code is entered 
 		 Batteries have been drained or become disconnected 
 		 Use 9V override procedure to open lock as detailed in operating instructions and replace batteries
